Twin black-tanked bikes turned up on a trailer today. They looked different from the norm and closer inspection determined they definitely were. Jim and Jason had brought up a couple of Sikk trail bikes which, according to them are 2 of 5 in the Bay. So what is a Sikk trail bike exactly ?  You can check out all the specs on www.sikkmx.com or www.extremetoysforboys.com but basically, again according to Jason, “it’s an all aluminium hardcore mountain bike outfitted with a 125cc 4 stroke engine, quiet running, economical, with great ground clearance.  The motor is similar to a pit bike. The bike only weighs 78kg so in tight stuff on the trails you can throw the back around just as you would an overweight mountain bike”.
