Successful Rounds 3 & 4
North Island Trials Champs
Day 1 of the 2 rounds of the North Island Mototrials Champs was held in perfect weather on Muir's farm in the Te Puke area. It's a great place with a rocky river to negotiate and tight rock and root infested bush.
There were big rocks in a paddock with a couple of step ups and some pretty high "leaps". Things were a tad slippery at the start but it got a lot grippier as the day went on. An excellent day all round.
A range of ages competed with more young girls coming through. Great to see.

Day 2 (Round 4) continued at Graylings farm in Hereford Road in Oropi Tauranga. The circuit was longer, with sections running some distance down the Waimapu River. It's a magic place, very scenic, with a great rock garden, native bush, an old waterfall and fantastic spectator viewing. Another brilliant day of trials riding.
