The Tredinnicks from Whakamarama in Tauranga are a very happy but very tired family. The two trips to Rotorua for two successive days of racing so Dylan & Josh could compete in the Secondary School MX on the Friday & Primary/Intermediate School MX on the Saturday were well worth it.

Both brothers (pictured above practicing starts with their dad) achieved good results in their classes - Josh was 6th in the 14-16 125cc class and Dylan was 10th in the 8-11  65cc class - but the cream on the cake was being part of a winning school team.  But not just one team.

Josh was part of the Tauranga Boys' College team that brought home the Secondary School Trophy and Dylan was a member of the Omokoroa Number 1 School team who cleaned up in  the Primary/Intermediate School event.

Well done guys.  Keep it up.

PS: But they are not too tired  for Sunday's first round of the Whakatane series.
